Was mir immer wieder bei Sistiana auffällt, sie hat zwar kein Problem damit eine Kopfschere durchzusetzen, erzielt damit aber kaum Wirkung, was ich sehr schade finde. Adela hat ihr einen guten Kampf geliefert. Schade das sie Sistiana nicht einmal zeigen konnte wie man eine Kopfschere richtig ansetzt.

She is overpowering everyone, putting on suffocating performances. Here Adela was thrown around for 30min straight.
And Sistiana is clearly improving on her submissions, specially her smothers. This was the main difference and the reason she got to defeat Adela this time around.
The only thing missing was a victory pose... now that she finally defeated her long time rival, she missed out on that
