Maya vs. Perry | FD5586

From the intro the two girls declare to be very motivated to this fight. Maya is returning from nearly one year of absence, while Perry is very motivated from
her first results in FD. I followed Perry in her last fights, and she impressed me very well having had an even fight with Sistiana and Sofia,and having beaten
Sintia in a clear way. Maya returned to FD with a declared intention to sit on somebody mouth again.
The beginning of the fight is based on showing strenght in some handstand holds, and when the two goes to the mat it's clear who will be the attacker and who
the defender in this match! The first to sit on the opponent face is Perry.
Maya is trying to react attacking with some attack of her own, but without any success, in fact is Perry to apply a series of scissor to Maya's head. Only at 8',
after defending well Maya is able to apply a nice full pin to Perry. She also tries to convert in a full point by headscissoring Perry, but her tries are too slow, and
Perry counters in decisive way. At the end there are a smal number of submission, namely a facesit and a full pin.
Maya has showed an improved defensive strenght, but she has to work more on submission techniques. Compliments to both fighter!

A lovely ‘classic’ wrestling match between 2 beginners who are abut the same size, age, & who have little wrestling experience. And it’s a blonde vs brunette match. One was a bit better/stronger than the other, but not by much, a rematch should be very interesting. If you like grapevines like I do, there are a few nice ones in this match. Finally, really like the tattoo that Perry has on her ….!
