It seems like the referee failed to view the error and the 10 pin count could have very well been monitored as in to say, "noticed;" for in Zina's defence, Zina is a slim and a very flexible feamle wrestler and Remi seems to have a weight advantage over Zina.
I estimate it could have been a whole 10 pin count if done correctly and the referee may need to have some serious explanation as to why it was not picked up.
